3 lbs ground meat
12 slices of bacon, crumbled
16 oz Velveeta type cheese, cubed
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 onion, diced
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 tea Salt
1 tea Pepper
Optional: low carb bread, pickles, sliced tomatoes, sliced onion, jalapeños, lettuce, sliced cheese
- combine all ingredients, cook on med-low heat until heated thru and cheese is melted.
- serve in bowl or on low carb bread. Top with favorite toppings.
