Nacho Cheese Soup


1# ground beef or sausage
2 tb coconut flour
6 c chicken broth
32 oz Velveeta type Cheese
16 oz salsa
15 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 c heavy cream
2 tea chili powder
1 tea cumin
1 tea garlic powder
1 tea onion powder
1/2 tea salt


  1. Fry ground meat, when done add coconut flour to coat
  2. Meanwhile: bring chicken broth to boil while adding spices. Once boiling, turn down heat and add cheese, whisk until smooth.
  3. Add meat, salsa, tomatoes and cream
  4. Serve with low carb tortilla chips or crackers

Serving size: 1 cup         Servings: 12         Net carbs: 10.3
