Easy Breakfast Casserole

12 eggs
2 c meat shredded, use chicken, sausage, bacon, whatever you like
3 c shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste


  • preheat oven to 350°, line a 9×13 pan with foil sprayed with oil spray
  • whisk eggs, add meat, 2 cups cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well
  • pour into pan top with remaining cheese
  • bake for 30 minutes


servings: 6          Net Carbs:  0.5 (will vary depending on meat you choose)
