1 ripe banana
1/4 tea baking soda
1 tb vanilla extract
3 tb sugar free honey or similar sugar free syrup
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c sugar free mini chocolate chips, divided
- pre heat oven to 400°, spray 12 muffin tins
- In a blender mix all ingredients except chocolate chips
- Mix in chocolate chips, reserving 2 tb for topping.
- Pour into muffin tin, top with remaining chocolate chips
- bake at 400 for 7-9 minutes, cool.
