Low Carb Banana Nut Muffins

2  c low carb baking mix
3 tb white grits, dry
2 eggs
1/2 c Banana Syrup (DaVinci)
1/2 c water
1/2 c whipping cream
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 c chopped walnuts

instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375º
  2. Combine all Ingredients except nuts
  3. Fold in nuts
  4. spoon equally into 16 muffin tins greased or in cups.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until tooth pick comes out clean.

Servings: 16          Net Carbs:  3.0
