1 c butter
4 c heavy cream
1 tb garlic powder
1 1/2 tea white pepper
1/2 tea salt
2-8 oz jars of grated parmesan cheese
- melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add cream heat until steaming.
- add garlic and parmesan and cook until smooth.
- put 2 cups in containers and freeze. This freezes very well. Just heat whisking well.
