Sloppy Joes

IMG_20151111_003103 Ingredients:
2 tb olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
1 tea minced garlic
1 green pepper, diced
2-8oz cans tomato sauce
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
5 drops liquid Splenda
1 tb deli style mustard
1 tea salt
1 tea pepper
1 tea cayenne pepper
1 lb ground meat


  1. in olive oil, sauté peppers and onion until tender, add garlic.
  2. add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes
  3. serve alone or with low carb bread, pita or wrap (carbs not included)

Servings:  6          net carbs: 5.9
