Low Carb Biscuits

IMG_20150830_153000 Ingredients:
3 c baking mix
1 c water
1 tea baking powder
1/2 tea salt

Instructions:

  1. preheat oven to 350º. Grease large cookie sheet with spray oil
  2. combine dry ingredients, add water. Using mixer mix until dough forms and all water is absorbed. Do not over mix or dough will be tough and biscuits wont rise.
  3. spoon heaping tablespoons on to cookie sheet.
  4. bake 10-12 minutes until golden
