Stuffing Topped Cheesy Chicken Casserole


1 serving Basic Low Carb Stuffing Cubes
2 c chicken breast, cooked and cubed
2 bags frozen broccoli
1 c heavy cream
2 tea chicken bouillon granules
2 c shredded cheese, divided
8 oz velvida, cut in 1″ cubes


  1. preheat oven to 375º
  2. line a 9×13 baking pan, spray with oil. Combine stuffing, chicken and broccoli in the pan.
  3. in small pan cook cream, 1 cup shredded cheese, Velveeta and bouillon until cheese are melted. Pour over chicken  & broccoli mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly
