Chicken Chorizo Fajita

6 oz Chorizo
4 chicken breasts, pulled
2 tb olive oil
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1 onion, slivered
1 tb fajita seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
6 low carb tortillas
2 tb each sour cream (optional, included in carbs)
2 tb each salsa (optional, included in carbs)


  1. In a large frying pan cook chorizo until done; add chicken and set aside
  2. Sauté peppers & onions in oil, add spices. Cook until veggies are tender. Add to meat mixture
  3. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve with tortilla, sour cream and salsa
