Corned Beef Hash

1 lb turnips, peeled and diced into 1/4″cubes
3 lb corned beef, cooked and coarsely chopped
1 onion chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 tb butter
1/4 c cream

Instructions:

  1. Boil turnips until tender, about 15-20 minutes
  2. sauté onion and pepper in butter until lightly browned; add turnips and continue to sauté until browned stirring occasionally.
  3. stir in corned beef, salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally until browned.
  4. Add cream and continue to cook until thickened
