Ingredients:
1 lb turnips, peeled and diced into 1/4″cubes
3 lb corned beef, cooked and coarsely chopped
1 onion chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 tb butter
1/4 c cream
Instructions:
- Boil turnips until tender, about 15-20 minutes
- sauté onion and pepper in butter until lightly browned; add turnips and continue to sauté until browned stirring occasionally.
- stir in corned beef, salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally until browned.
- Add cream and continue to cook until thickened
