Layered Pizza Salad

2 head romaine lettuce, torn
1 tb Italian seasoning
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
3 plum (roma) tomatoes, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
1/4 c sliced black olives
1 pkg sliced pepperoni
8 oz mozzarella, shredded
1/2 c Italian dressing
1/3 c parmesan cheese
Red pepper flakes to taste


  1. combine chopped peppers, tomatoes and onions, mix in Italian seasoning
  2. in a large, deep bowl layer lettuce, veggie mix, pepperoni and mozzarella
  3. Top with dressing and parmesan cheese. Refrigerate 2 hours

Servings:  6          Net Carbs:  4.9
