Layered Asian Salad

1/2 bag slaw mix
4 c romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 c peapods
1/4 onion, chopped
1/2 c dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Dressing Ingredients:
1/4 c creamy peanut butter
1 tb apple cider vinegar
3 tb soy sauce
2 tb sesame oil
4 tb olive oil
1 tb toasted sesame seeds, finely chopped
1 tea garlic, diced
1 tea hot sauce
¼ tea ginger


  1. Whisk dressing ingredients until blended; set aside
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; toss with dressing just before serving
