Italian Layered Salad


6 c romaine lettuce cut in pieces
1 bag broccoli slaw
1/2 can black beans
1/2 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 c mayo
1/2 creamy Italian dressing
1/2 c asiago cheese
1 tb chopped parsley


  1. in a deep serving dish layer the first five ingredients
  2. mix mayo and dressing, spread over veggies. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. refrigerate at least 2 hours, sprinkle with parsley before serving

Servings:  6          Net Carbs:  8.5
