Ham & Broccoli Casserole

2 c cubed ham
2 pkgs frozen broccoli
1 c shredded cheese
1 c bread crumbs
8 oz Velveeta cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c mayo
1 c heavy cream
1-1/2 c water


  1. preheat oven to 350º, line and spray with oil a 9×13 baking dish
  2. layer ham, broccoli, shredded cheese and stuffing mix in prepared baking dish
  3. heat Velveeta in microwave until smooth; add remaining ingredients, whisk until blended. Pour evenly over food in baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  4. Bake 60 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 15 minutes.
