Bean & Cheese Quesadilla

2 tb black beans, refried
1/2 quesadilla cheese, shredded
spray oil
1 low carb tortilla

Instructions:

  1. Preheat frying pans, spray with oil
  2. smooth refried beans on half the tortilla, top with cheese. Fold in half. Spray with cooking spray
  3. fry until light brown, flip, cook until light brown and cheese is melted.
  4. Cut into 3 wedges
  5. Serve with Pico de Gallo and sour cream (carbs not included)

 

Servings:  1          Net Carbs: 8.8
