Sausage Balls

sausage balls

Ingredients:
3 c Baking mix
1 lb ground sausage
4 c shredded cheese
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c water
1/2 c heavy cream
1 tea Italian seasoning
1/2 tea pepper
1/2 tea salt

Instructions:

  1. preheat oven to 350º. grease a large cookie sheet
  2. Combine all ingredients working until mixture becomes moist.
  3. Roll into about 33 golf ball size balls.
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until light brown

 

Servings: 15          Serving Size: 4 balls          Net Carb:  2.2
