Philly Cheesesteak stuffed Peppers

philly cheesesteak stuffed peppersIngredients: 16 oz thinly sliced roast beef, cut in strips 12 slices provolone cheese 3 large bell peppers, cut in half & cored 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 2 tb butter 2 tb olive oil 1 tea garlic, minced salt & paper to taste Instructions:

  1. In large pan heat butter, oil, garlic, onions, salt and pepper over medium heat until onions are caramelized. Add beef strips
  2. preheat oven to 400º.
  3. line each pepper half with provolone cheese slice.
  4. fill each half till nearly overflowing, top with provolone cheese slice
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes, until cheese is golden.
