Ingredients: 16 oz thinly sliced roast beef, cut in strips 12 slices provolone cheese 3 large bell peppers, cut in half & cored 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 2 tb butter 2 tb olive oil 1 tea garlic, minced salt & paper to taste Instructions:
- In large pan heat butter, oil, garlic, onions, salt and pepper over medium heat until onions are caramelized. Add beef strips
- preheat oven to 400º.
- line each pepper half with provolone cheese slice.
- fill each half till nearly overflowing, top with provolone cheese slice
- Bake 15-20 minutes, until cheese is golden.
