Low Carb Mock Potato Salad

mock potato saladIngredients:
4 turnips, diced, boiled and drained
4 eggs, boiled and diced
¼ c onion, diced
3/4 c mayo
¼ c mustard
2 tb dill relish
1 tea salt
½ tea pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine mayo, mustard, relish, salt & pepper. Add turnips, egg and onion. Stir to coat.
  2. Refrigerate two hours.

Servings:          Serving size: ½ c          Net carbs: (total 25.2)
