Mexican Lasagna

2 # ground meat, cooked and drained
1-1/2 c salsa
4 tb (1 pkg) taco seasoning
3/4 c black beans
6 low carb tortillas
3 c shredded cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400º. Prepare 9×13 pan with foil and spray oil.
  2. combine meat, salsa and taco seasoning.
  3.  layer 1 c meat mixture, 1/4 c beans, 1 c cheese and 3 tortillas. Top with any remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake 30 minutes
