Breakfast Burrito

1 egg, scrambled
1 sausage link, crumbled
1/3 c cheese
1 tb salsa
1 tb sour cream
1 low carb tortilla

instructions:

  1.  layer cheese, egg, sausage and salsa on the tortilla, microwave 45 seconds.
  2. Serve with sour cream
