Taco Salad Bowl

Ingredients:
½ c ground meat
1 tb taco seasoning
1 tb chopped onion
1 c shredded lettuce
⅓ c shredded cheese
½ Roma Tomato, chopped
4 black olives, sliced
½ low carb tortilla chips, broken in pieces
salsa & sour cream as desired (not in net carb count)

Instructions:

  1. In a soup bowl combine meat, taco seasoning and onions, top with remaining ingredients in order.

 

Servings: 1          Net Carbs:  7.8
