Nacho Salad

IMG_20151031_131916_01~2 Ingredients:
2 head romaine lettuce
½ c ham, chopped
1 c ground meat
1 tb taco seasoning
1 c chicken, chopped
1 c shredded mozzarella
1 c shredded cheddar
3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 jalapeno, chopped
8 black olives, sliced

Instructions:

  1. combine ground meat and taco seasoning.
  2. Layer accordingly: Lettuce, meats, cheeses, veggies
  3. Broil 3 min, until cheese bubbles
  4. Serve with salsa or sour cream (not included in net carbs)

Servings:  6          Net Carbs:  3.9
