Low Carb Baking Mix

1 box Carbquik Baking Mix
4 c Oat Fiber
3 c Golden Flax, ground
22 oz Almond meal
1/4 c Guar gum (optional)
5 tb baking powder
1 tb salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients well, store in freezer bags. Store up to 6 months in freezer or 3 months on shelf.
