Creamy Veggie Casserole

veggie casserole

2 packages frozen mixed or medley veggies
1/2 c mayo
1/2 c cream
1/4 c chopped onion
2 c shredded cheddar
1 c coating crumbs


  1. Preheat oven to 350º
  2. Spread veggies in 9×13 greased baking dish
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients except coating crumbs and spread over veggies
  4. Sprinkle coating crumbs on top
  5. Bake 25 minutes until golden brown.

Servings:  8          Net Carbs:  3.8
