- Fry sausage, reserving grease
- Sprinkle baking mix over sausage and stir until grease is absorbed. Add more baking mix if needed (you’ll need to add these extra carbs). Add salt and pepper
- Gradually add cream about a third to a half cup at a time. Stirring constantly, keep adding until all cream is in pan. Add Thick it Up.
- Continue stirring until gravy is at desired consistency. If it becomes too thick add water, a few tablespoons at a time.
- Serve over Low Carb Basic Bread or biscuits
