Marinara Sauce


2-8 oz tomato sauce
1 can tomato puree
1/2 c Italian seasoning
1 tea red pepper flakes
4 tea garlic powder
4 tea onion powder
2 c rated parmesan cheese


  1. combine all ingredients. Cook on low for 20 minutes
  2. Use in recipe or store in fridge or freezer for later use. I freeze in 4 – 8oz containers
