Low Carb Corn Bread

1 3/4  c baking mix
1/2 c white grits, dry
2 eggs
1/2 c Splenda or liquid equivalent (liquid has no carbs)
1/2 c water
1/2 c whipping cream
1/2 c vegetable oil

instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400º
  2. Combine all Ingredients
  3. Pour into 9 x 9 square pan, greased.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until tooth pick comes out clean.

Servings: 16          Net Carbs:  2.1
