Beef Stroganoff

2 lb ground meat
1 small onion, diced
1 tea garlic, diced
1/4 c butter
1  1/2  c beef broth
1/2 tea salt
1 tb Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c baking mix
1/2 tea Thick it Up
1 c sour cream

Instructions:

  1. sauté onion in butter until tender. Add beef, garlic and baking mix. Stir in broth
  2. add salt, Worcestershire and Thick it Up.
  3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in sour cream. Heat until hot but not boiling.
