Pico de Gallo

Ingredients:
5 tomatoes, diced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded, finely chopped and boiled for 10 minutes
1/2 c cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 tea garlic
1/2 tea salt

Instructions:

  1. combine all ingredients
  2. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving
