Garlic Cheddar Chicken

6 chick breasts, cooked
½ c butter
1 tb garlic minced
¾ c coating crumbs
½ parmesan cheese
1 ½ c shredded cheddar
1/2  tea dried parsley
1/2 tea oregano
1/2 tea pepper
1/4 tea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350º
  2. melt butter with garlic. Dip chicken in garlic butter to coat
  3. Mix remaining ingredients into a breadcrumb mix
  4. Press chicken into breadcrumb mix. Place in 9×13 baking pan, top with remaining butter & breadcrumb mix
  5. Bake for 30 minutes

Servings: 6          Net Carbs:  1
