Baked Taco Bowls

IMG_20151104_230302 Ingredients:
1/3 c ground meat
1/2 tea taco seasoning
1 tb water
1/4 c shredded cheese
1/4 Roma Tomato, diced
1/2 c Shredded lettuce
1/4 c pico de gallo
1 tb sour cream
1 low carb tortilla


  1. preheat oven to 375º
  2. place tortilla in shell mold. Place molds on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until light brown. Remove to cooling rack.
  3. While tortillas bake, combine meat, water and taco seasoning in bowl and microwave for 1 minute until water is absorbed.
  4. in shell layer: meat mixture, cheese, tomato, lettuce, pico and sour cream

Servings:  1          Net Carbs:  10.6
