3/4 c heavy cream
1 c parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c shredded cheddar
- Preheat oven to 375º, spray 9×13 pan
- Whisk eggs and cream. Add parmesan, salt and pepper
- pour into baking pan, sprinkle with cheddar.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
