Baked Eggs

Ingredients:
12 eggs
3/4 c heavy cream
1 c parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c shredded cheddar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375º, spray 9×13 pan
  2. Whisk eggs and cream. Add parmesan, salt and pepper
  3. pour into baking pan, sprinkle with cheddar.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
