Pork Fajitas

Ingredients:
3 tb butter
2 tea hot sauce
2 tea soy sauce
2 tea Worcestershire
1 tea minced garlic
½ tb onion powder
½ tea fajita seasoning
4 Roma or plum tomatoes, cut in strips
1 pepper, cut in strips
1/2 medium onion, cut in slivers
2 c shredded pork, cooked and cut into 1″x2″ strips
Dash salt
Dash pepper
6 Low carb Tortillas

Instructions:

  1. combine first 7 ingredients in a sauté pan until butter is melted
  2. sauté veggies until tender, add cooked meat and simmer 15 minutes
  3. add salt and pepper to taste
  4. garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa or pico de gallo (don’t forget to add these carbs)

 

Servings: 6          Net Carbs:  8.3
