Chocolate Trail Mix

Ingredients:
1-3 oz bag sugar free Hershey candy bars
1/3 c coating crumbs
1 box Adkins Endulge Chocolate Candies
4 c mixed nuts (I used planters)
2 c dry roasted peanuts (I used planters)

instructions:

  1. Melt candy bars in microwavable bowl for 45 seconds, stir in coating crumbs. Spread on wax paper and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Cover with additional wax paper break up candy. I used a meat tenderizer.
  2. Combine chocolate mixture with other ingredients.
  3. Store in airtight container in fridge.

 

Servings:  60          Serving size:  2 tb (1/8 c), a small handful          Net carbs:  1.3
