Ingredients:
4 Roma tomatoes cut in small chunks
1 pepper cut in small chunks (I used 1/2 red & 1/2 yellow or orange)
1/2 cucumber cut in small chunks
1/2 medium onion, diced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c ranch dressing
Instructions:
- combine all ingredients, refrigerate 1 hour before serving
