Low Carb Pancakes

LC pancakes

Ingredients:
2 c low carb baking mix
1/4 c Splenda
4 tea baking powder
1/2 tea salt
1 c water
3/4 c cream
2 large eggs

Ingredients:

  1. Mix dry ingredients, add cream, water and eggs. Let stand five minutes
  2. Pour batter by a 1/4 cup onto a heated and greased griddle sprayed with olive oil. When pancakes bubble flip and cook until light brown.
  3. Serve with sugar-free pancake syrup
