1/2 c ground meat
1/2 tea taco seasoning
1 tb water
2 tb black beans (Goya has the least carbs)
5 black olives, sliced
1/4 green pepper (red, orange or yellow may also be used); chopped
1/2 Roma tomato, chopped
2 tb onion, finely chopped
1/3 c shredded Mexican blend cheese
Salsa & sour cream
- In a large bowl combine ground meat, taco seasoning and water. Microwave 1 and a half minute until water is absorbed.
- Layer beans, olives, pepper, tomato, onion and cheese
- Top with salsa and sour cream as desired. Use low carb tortillas, crackers or veggies to dip. Don’t forget to add the extra carbs.
