Egg Salad

egg salad

Ingredients:
12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
3/4 c mayo
1 tb mustard
1/2 c relish
1/2 tea onion powder
1/4 tea salt
1/4 tea pepper

Instructions:

  1. mash eggs until lumpy
  2. Add other ingredients, mix well.
  3. Keep in fridge up to a week
