Egg Roll (filling)

egg roll filling

Ingredients:
1 lb sausage, boiled, drained and rinsed
1- 8 oz can water chestnut, drained and chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tea garlic powder
1 tea ground ginger
1/8 tea salt
1/8 tea pepper
1 1/2 bag slaw mix

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan combine all ingredients except slaw mix.
  2. Add slaw mix and cook until cabbage is cooked through and limp

Use as a side or wrap in a tortilla and bake or deep fry.
