Cole Slaw Dressing

2 2/3 c mayo
1/4 c diced onion
3/4 c vegetable oil
1/2 c equivalent liquid Stevia
1/3 c vinegar
2 tb mustard
1 tea salt
2 tea poppy seed
1/2 bag slaw mix


  1. whisk all ingredients until well combined
  2. Store in fridge up to six weeks
  3. Add 1/2 dressing to 1/2 bag slaw mix


Slaw dressing:  serving size 1/2 cup          number servings 8           Net carbs:  1.4

Dressing with slaw mix: serving size 1/2 c         number servings:  4          Net Carbs:  2.2
