1 chicken breast
½c shredded Colby jack cheese
1 tb ranch dressing
1 slice provolone cheese, cut in half
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease casserole dish, place chicken in pan and cook for 25 min.
- Slit chicken in half, but not all the way thru enough to make a pocket.
- Smother half the ranch on the inside, layer half the slice of provolone then half the portion of shredded cheese, close the chicken and repeat layers on top, cook for another 10 min.
