2 tb olive oil
6 pork chops (boneless)
1/2 c salsa
2-4 oz can chopped green chilies
1 tb cumin
2 c shredded cheddar
6 tb cream cheese
- Brown pork chops in olive oil until browned on each side, about 2 minutes each side
- combine salsa, chilies and cumin, spoon over chops, cover. Simmer 10 minutes until cooked through.
- combine cheeses and spoon over pork chops, cover. Cook until cheese melts.
