Cheesy Chili Chops


2 tb olive oil
6 pork chops (boneless)
1/2 c salsa
2-4 oz can chopped green chilies
1 tb cumin
2 c shredded cheddar
6 tb cream cheese


  1. Brown pork chops in olive oil until browned on each side, about 2 minutes each side
  2. combine salsa, chilies and cumin, spoon over chops, cover. Simmer 10 minutes until cooked through.
  3. combine cheeses and spoon over pork chops, cover. Cook until cheese melts.

Servings: 6          Net Carbs:  5.2
