Coating (bread) Crumbs

Coating crumbs using spicy pork rinds


Alternative to high carb breadcrumbs or flour used for coating meats and vegetables, toppings for casseroles or in place of stuffing mix or potatoes in casseroles.

3 – 3.5 oz Pork Rinds, spicy or regular
1- 8 oz jar grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese


  1. in a food processor chop all pork rinds until it resembles a fine meal
  2. add cheese, mix thoroughly.
  3. store in the freezer up to several months

Add spices as desired.
