BBQ Pork Wrap

IMG_20150929_125118 Ingredients:
1 tb sugar free BBQ Sauce
1/4 c shredded pork roast
1/4 c Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 7″ low carb tortilla

Instructions:

  1. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the center of the tortilla
  2. Spread pork then shredded cheese in the center.
  3. Fold in ends, fold up bottom then roll into a wrap
  4. Microwave 45 seconds

Servings: 1          Net Carbs: 6.5
