BBQ Pork Individual Pizza

3 tb sugar free BBQ Sauce
1/2 c shredded pork roast
1/2 c Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 7″ low carb tortilla

Instructions:

  1. preheat oven to 400º
  2. Spread 1 tb BBQ sauce evenly over the tortilla
  3. Spread half of the shredded cheese tortilla
  4. Mix together the remaining BBQ sauce with the pork
  5. Spread pork over the pizza then sprinkle the remaining  cheese.
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is bubbly

 

Servings: 1          Net Carbs: 9
