Buttery Breakfast Casserole

1/2 c heavy cream
4oz Velvida (cut into 1/2″ cubes)
4oz cream cheese, softened & cubed
15 eggs
3 tb chives

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Microwave milk and cheese for 1 1/2 minutes until smooth. Stir after each minute.
  3. Wisk eggs, stir in chives and cheese mix.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes

Servings: 6                      Net Carbs: 2.7
